Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-8)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and other Soomro villages under Phase-8. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). The scope includes installation of RCC pipelines, excavation, refilling, fabrication of steel reinforcement, and related civil works across multiple phases and locations within Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & others Soomro villages (Phase-8) - Excavation for pipeline trenches - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast - Reinforced cement concrete work - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Manufacturing & supplying RCC manhole covers - Refilling excavated trenches - Cement concrete plain works The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and site works as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for 2026-27, have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of bank statements and affidavits regarding blacklisting and litigation status is mandatory. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
