Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and other Soomro villages under Phase-3. The procurement is for development schemes in Hyderabad city, Sindh province. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & others Soomro villages (Phase-3) The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes as per specifications. The work involves trench excavation in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, and refilling excavated material with compaction. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness proof, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender fee is Rs. 3,000/- non-refundable payable to Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost in form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS portal only; manual bids are not accepted. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon at Hyderabad Municipal Corporation office in presence of procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
