Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-6)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and other Soomro villages under Phase-6. This procurement is part of a development scheme aimed at improving water supply infrastructure in the Hyderabad district. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & others Soomro villages (Phase-6) The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes as per specifications. The work site is located in Hyderabad, Sindh. Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, and registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Experience of at least two similar completed works in the last two years and two ongoing projects of similar nature is mandatory. Submission of a bank statement for the last three years and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation is required. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. The contract completion period is 24 months. Performance security of 10% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents, including PEC registration, FBR ATL status, SRB registration, and financial statements, are current and properly uploaded on the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification.
