Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-5) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-5) in Hyderabad. This tender is part of a larger development plan involving multiple phases of pipeline installation and paving block construction across various UCs and villages under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured include: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-5) - Excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Cement concrete works including ballast and reinforced concrete - Fabrication and installation of deformed steel reinforcement - Manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers - Refilling excavated trenches and compaction - Construction and repair of paving blocks/CC blocks at various locations The technical scope covers excavation in hard soils, laying RCC pipes as per ASTM standards, concrete works, steel reinforcement fabrication, and site restoration. The contract duration is 24 months with a defect liability period of 24 months post-completion. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and ongoing projects. Submission of a bank statement for the last three years and an affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual submissions are not accepted. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer's office before bid opening. The bid opening will be held on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids remain valid for 90 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA Rule 33.
