Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-3) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-3) in Hyderabad city. This tender is part of a larger development plan involving multiple phases of pipeline installation and paving block construction across various UCs and villages under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured include: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-3) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at various UCs including Village Tahir Soomro, Village Lalo Palari, Village Amardas Thakur, Marvi Town, Railway Colony Barkati Masjid, Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar, Qasimabad, and others - Installation of water supply lines 6'' diameter in various UCs of TMC Qasimabad and TMC Hussainabad - Installation of RCC sewerage pipeline 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipe line 24'' diameter at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro - Providing paving blocks at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro - Construction and repair of paving blocks/CC blocks at various places in UC 145 and UC 159 TMC Qasimabad The technical scope covers excavation, laying, jointing, testing of RCC pipes, refilling, and paving block construction with a completion period of 24 months. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and proven experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of bank statements for the last three years and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order/Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening.
