Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' at UC-127 Juneja Colony (Phase-2) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-127 Juneja Colony (Phase-2) in Hyderabad city. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-127 Juneja Colony (Phase-2) The scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, and related civil works. The project completion period is 24 months. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the relevant category and specialization for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Experience of at least two similar completed works in the last two years and two ongoing projects of similar nature is mandatory. Financial soundness must be demonstrated through bank statements of the last three years. An affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation is required. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (E-PADS) at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted in favor of Deposit Fund HMC via Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Bid validity is 90 days from the date of opening. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
