Installation of Security System at Chitkan, Khudabadan and Washbood Panjgur BSDI Phase-III

The CW, PP&H Department District Panjgur invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of security system installation works for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 on percentage rates. The procurement is for three separate works located in Panjgur: Installation of Security System at Chitkan Panjgur BSDI Phase-III, Installation of Security System at Khudabadan Panjgur BSDI Phase-III, and Installation of Security System at Washbood Panjgur BSDI Phase-III. Items being procured: - Installation of Security System Chitkan Panjgur BSDI Phase-III - Installation of Security System Khudabadan Panjgur BSDI Phase-III - Installation of Security System Washbood Panjgur BSDI Phase-III The works require specialized knowledge in security system installation with PEC registration category C-6 and above. The bidding firm must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. The bidder must have completed three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of Rs. 17.5 million in the last three years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above is mandatory, with relevant specialized codes CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and CE10(iii) for Concrete Repairs. The firm must not be blacklisted by PEC, PPRA, or any authority. An affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper attested by a notary is required mentioning department name, tender serial number, and work name. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid. Tender documents can be viewed on the BPPRA website and obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Building) CW PP&H Department District Panjgur upon payment of Rs. 1500. The last date for bid submission is 12 October 2026 till 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 01:00 PM at the office of the Deputy Commissioner District Panjgur. Bidders should ensure timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. The tender fee is to be deposited through green challan in the National Bank of Pakistan Panjgur Branch under account C-02706 (Communication Receipt).
