Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed E-Bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the upgradation of the Firefighting System at Lahore Aviation.
Items being procured:
- Upgradation of Firefighting System at Lahore Aviation
The technical scope includes modernization and enhancement of existing firefighting infrastructure and equipment at the Lahore Aviation facility. Bidders must have valid PEC C-5 Certificate in the relevant field of specialization to participate. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope system, ensuring technical and financial bids are submitted separately.
Bid documents collection and submission will be conducted exclusively through the SAP Ariba portal from 16.09.2026 to 01.10.2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 01.10.2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:00 PM onwards. Interested suppliers should upload a scanned copy of the duly signed and stamped request on official letterhead via SAP Ariba, mentioning the Tender No CF-20025-SR and relevant delivery period and product details.
Vendors without an Ariba Network ID are requested to register on the SAP Ariba Portal to access and participate in upcoming PSO tenders. Regular visits to PSO and PPRA websites are advised for updates.
