Tender Description
The Irrigation Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through EPADS for the installation and supply of solar based irrigation tube wells with pumping machinery in various villages and union councils of Haripur District. This tender covers multiple works under different ADP numbers including flood protection works, channels, solar tube wells, construction of FPW, irrigation channels, ponds, and rehabilitation of canal petrol roads and drainage systems.

The scope includes supply and installation of solar systems with pumping machinery complete, focusing on flood protection, irrigation channels, ponds, and drainage improvements. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 with valid category and specialization codes, registered with KPPRA, and have active NTN registration with FBR. The required PEC categories include C-6 and above with specific engineering codes.
Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from http://www.irrigation.gkp.pk/ and KPPRA website. Bids submitted without these documents will be considered non-responsive. Electronic bidding will be conducted on Above/Below System on BOQ/Engineer's Estimate. Bidders must submit 2% bid security sealed in an envelope as Call Deposit. E-Bids must be submitted through EPADS as per KPPRA Notification No SRO (23)/Vol/1-34/2024-25 dated 24-03-2024.
The last date for bid submission is 10.09.2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer Haripur Irrigation Division Haripur. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including additional securities if quoting below engineer's estimate. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority is mandatory.
