Installation of Solar System in Various Villages Taluka Garhi Khairo and Taluka Jacobabad

The Executive Engineer Highways Division Jacobabad is procuring the installation of solar systems in various villages of Taluka Garhi Khairo and Taluka Jacobabad, Sindh. This project involves the construction of RCC foundations, provision and fixing of MS tubular poles, and installation of solar lighting equipment including LED solar lights, solar panels, gel batteries, solar controllers, battery boxes, foundation kits, and all necessary accessories. The scope covers 420 solar lights with detailed technical specifications such as RCC foundation dimensions, MS pole sizes, and solar light wattage and efficiency. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2024 and 2025 in relevant categories, possess valid NTN, GST, and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and demonstrate experience with similar projects. They should also provide evidence of technical staff, machinery, financial soundness, and no blacklisting. The bid security is set at PKR 7,500,000 with a bid validity of 90 days. The contract duration is 12 months with liquidated damages applicable as per SPPRA rules.
