Installation of Solar Systems in Masajids and Construction/Reconstruction of Jamia Masjid in District Charsadda

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system for important development initiatives in District Charsadda. The procurement is under the single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. The projects include installation of solar systems in Masajids, Madaris, and Schools under Tobacco Cess share, and construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and improvement of Masajids, Madaris, and Darul Ulooms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Installation of solar systems in Masajids, Madaris & Schools in (PK-62) under Tobacco Cess share District Charsadda - Construction & Reconstruction of Jamia Masjid Fawad Koroona Janokai Tehsil Tangi The first project requires PEC category C-5 & above with specialization codes EE11 (solar works) or xxv or vi (solar installation). The estimated cost is Rs. 54.698 million. The second project requires PEC category C-6 & above with an estimated cost of Rs. 1.473 million. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty. Tender fee is 0.03% of the estimated cost. Completion period is as per work order. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with all KPPRA rules. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system by 20 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Charsadda.
