Upgradation and Renovation of Office Building 1, 2 & 3 and Office Complex at Gwadar

The Gwadar Development Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the upgradation and renovation of Office Building 1, 2 & 3 and Office Complex at Gwadar. The project includes civil engineering works such as concrete repairs, CE10 (waterproofing), and other related construction activities. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above with a specialization in Civil Engineering Works. The bidder must also be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Additionally, bidders must have completed at least two similar assignments with a minimum contract value of PKR 12,994,128 in the last three years. Tender submissions must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
