Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for Rehabilitation of 46 Nos 11kV Feeders Lot Wise

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids for the contract titled Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for Rehabilitation of 46 Nos 11kV Feeders Lot Wise in Multan, Punjab. This procurement is part of the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) financed by the World Bank. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 10 Nos. Feeders of Rahim Yar Khan Circle - Lot-II: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 9 Nos. Feeders of Khanewal Circle - Lot-III: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 7 Nos. Feeders of Sahiwal Circle and 1 No. Feeder of Vehari Circle - Lot-IV: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 6 Nos. Feeders of Multan Circle and 4 Nos. Feeders of Muzaffargarh Circle - Lot-V: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works of 6 Nos. Feeders of Bahawalnagar Circle and 3 Nos. Feeders of Bahawalpur Circle The scope includes installation, testing, commissioning, and civil works for the rehabilitation of 11kV feeders across multiple circles. Bidders must be eligible under the World Bank's Procurement Regulations dated November 2020 and comply with all technical and financial requirements. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money (Bid Security) of at least PKR 1 Million for each lot. Bidders must also submit a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration. Bidding documents are available free of cost from www.mepco.com.pk. Bidders downloading documents must inform MEPCO in writing at the address or email cedev.mepco@gmail.com. Documents can also be collected in person or sent by courier for Rs. 2000/- for domestic delivery. Bids must be delivered to the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, 1st Floor, MEPCO Circle Building, Khanewal Road, Multan before 11:00 a.m. on 24-09-2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Public bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives.
