Tender Description
Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan is inviting bids for the provision of emergency staircase infrastructure for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep), and all contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or above are eligible to participate. The works are to be executed at the hospital premises in Rahim Yar Khan, under strict adherence to PPRA rules 2014 and its latest amendments.

- Exit Doors (10 Nos.) at Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan FY 2026-27
The technical scope includes the supply and installation of emergency staircases with triple and double platforms, as well as exit doors, ensuring compliance with safety and structural standards. The estimated cost for the project is PKR 5,784,300/-, and a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited through online payment/PSID. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee at 5% of the contract amount as per Clause 56. All assessments and procedures, including receiving, opening, and awarding of bids, will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 10 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM.
