Installation of Water Supply Line 6" Dia in Various UCs of TMC Qasimabad & TMC Hussainabad (Phase-7)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with relevant authorities for the installation of water supply line 6" diameter in various Union Councils of TMC Qasimabad and TMC Hussainabad under Phase-7. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of Water Supply Line 6" Dia in Various UCs of TMC Qasimabad & TMC Hussainabad (Phase-7) The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, testing, and refilling for HDPE pipes and associated fittings as per specifications. The site is located in Hyderabad city, Sindh province. The contract duration is 24 months. Eligibility criteria require valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
