This tender invites qualified contractors in Umerkot District under the District Council Umerkot for the provision and installation of low-capacity submersible pumps with associated tube well boring and construction works. The scope includes detailed civil works such as boring in water-bearing soils, installation of PVC pipes and strainers, construction of pump houses with brick pavements and RCC water tanks, and the supply and installation of solar panels and VFD drives. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the fiscal year 2025-26, hold active NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The tender requires submission of earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000.
