EOI for IT Support, Data Center, Office Equipment, and Related Services for PRCL

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of IT support, data center operations, office equipment, and related services at its Karachi office. This EOI is being conducted through the E-EPADS Version 2.0 portal, and interested service providers are encouraged to participate in this competitive process. Items being procured: - IT support and related services for PRCL - Data center operations and related services - Office equipment supply and related services - Network and communication services - Data backup and disaster recovery services - Maintenance and support services (including SLA) The scope of work includes comprehensive IT support for PRCL, efficient data center management, supply and maintenance of office equipment, and robust network and communication solutions. Service providers must also ensure reliable data backup, disaster recovery, and ongoing maintenance under a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The contract duration is three years, with the possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar projects, technical expertise, and the ability to provide earnest money as per PRCL requirements are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-EPADS portal by 26 October 2026, 11:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). Manual submissions will be accepted until 11:30 AM on the same day at the PRCL office in Karachi. The opening of bids will be conducted online, and a YouTube link is provided for transparency.
