Construction of Interceptor Sewer along Hazar Khawani Canal Package-II (Main Circular Road Rehman Baba Graveyard)

The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites eligible contractors and firms to participate in the re-tendering process for the construction of the Interceptor Sewer along Hazar Khawani Canal, Package-II, covering the Main Circular Road and Rehman Baba Graveyard in Peshawar. This project falls under the major head of diversion and handling of municipal and industrial effluents and solid waste polluting the major canals of Peshawar Valley. The works are to be executed as per the KP-PRA Rules 2014, using the Single Stage Two Envelope System via EPADS. Items being procured: - SEWER 03, 3A, 04, 4A, 05 & 06 (House Connections) Balance Work-I (Estimated Cost: Rs. 80.062 Million) - Balance Work including Restoration of Road & House Connection at Sewer 10 (Balance work), Sewer 11 (Balance work) including Outfall Drain, Restoration of Road works Sewer 10 & 11 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 57.64 Million) - Balance Work including Restoration of Road & House Connection at Sewer 12 & 13 (Hazarkhwani Balance work - Package-II), Hazarkhwani Branch Sewer, Restoration of Road works Sewer 13 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 65.01 Million) - Construction Rehabilitation of Outfall Drain (Remodeling) (Sewer 11 HKC) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 60.35 Million) The technical scope includes comprehensive sewerage works, road restoration, and rehabilitation of outfall drains, ensuring proper handling of municipal and industrial effluents. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, PEC for the year 2026-27, KPRA (active), and FBR (NTN active), and must have relevant experience in similar works. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required, and a bidding document fee of Rs. 5000 applies for each lot. All technical and financial bids must be uploaded via EPADS, with physical submission of original security and affidavits as specified. The deadline for bid submission is 24 August 2026 at 11:00 am, with opening at 11:30 am the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17 August 2026 at 2:00 pm at the office of Director Canal Effluent/Director Roads-II, PDA. Tip: Ensure all mandatory documents, including up-to-date PEC and KPRA registrations, are uploaded on EPADS to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions.
