Internal Office Aluminum-Glass Partitioning and Civil Repair Works at Sector G-10/4 Islamabad

The Directorate General Audit, Petroleum and Natural Resources, Islamabad is procuring internal office aluminum-glass partitioning and civil repair works for its existing office building located at Sector G-10/4, Islamabad. This project involves the supply and installation of aluminum fixed partitions with single doors using 1.6 mm thick aluminum sections powder coated in approved colors, along with 6mm brown tempered glass panels. Additionally, frosted film/paper will be applied on glass surfaces as per approved designs and site requirements. The scope also includes the provision and fixing of compact round trash bins suitable for indoor use. The entire work is to be completed within 10 days, with liquidated damages applicable for delays at 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the contract price. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate civil works category and specialization matching the contract value. Valid and active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) including NTN and Sales Tax certificates is mandatory. Bidders should have filed income tax returns and sales tax returns for the last three years. Experience in similar aluminum-glass partitioning and rehabilitation works completed within the past five years is required. Submission of technical documents, compliance details, and supporting information as per bidding documents is essential. Joint ventures are allowed.
