Tender Description
The Office of the Director General Audit, Postal & Telecommunication Services, Islamabad is procuring internal office aluminum-glass partitioning and civil repair works for its existing office building located at Sector G-10/4, Islamabad. This procurement is specifically for the installation of 12mm thick tempered glass swing doors and associated aluminum-glass partitions, including all necessary hardware, silicon, cutting, and making good any damages as per the Engineer-in-Charge's directions. The project is to be completed within 10 days, with liquidated damages applicable for delays.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of high-quality tempered glass partitions and doors, civil repair works within the office premises, and ensuring compliance with the detailed technical specifications and drawings provided in the bidding documents. The work requires experienced firms with proven expertise in aluminum-glass works and rehabilitation, supported by relevant PEC registration in the appropriate civil works category.
Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration, active FBR NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and have submitted income tax returns for the last three years. Experience in similar works over the past five years is mandatory. Joint ventures are allowed, and bidders must provide affidavits confirming the authenticity of submitted documents and non-blacklisting status.
Bids must be submitted with a Bid Security of Rs 320,000 in the form of CDR or Bank Draft payable to the Director General Audit, P&TS, G-10/4, Islamabad. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day, with financial bids of only technically qualified bidders considered. The bid validity period is 90 days from the opening date.
