Daanish University Trust in Islamabad is seeking a professional investment advisor to manage its Endowment Fund through a Separately Managed Account (SMA) structure. The Trust is an emerging institution offering STEAM education and aims to develop graduates with strong fundamentals and ethical grounding. Items being procured: - Investment advisory services for prudent management of Endowment Fund - Preservation of capital in real terms - Maintaining liquidity for operational and strategic needs - Achieving sustainable long-term returns above inflation - Prudent diversification and risk minimization - Strengthening institutional investment governance and oversight The role requires firms to have a valid SECP license for asset management and investment advisory, active MUFAP membership, AMC rating of AM1 or above, at least ten years of operation, total AUM of PKR 250 billion, and a clean regulatory record with no SECP sanctions in the past five years. The advisory services will cover equity and fixed income fund performance over the last ten years, investment team experience, and fund snapshots. Proposals must be submitted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per PPRA regulations.
