Investment of Endowment Fund in Term Deposit Receipts by Gilgit Baltistan Rural Support Programme

The Gilgit Baltistan Rural Support Programme (GBRSP) invites sealed proposals from all Scheduled and Microfinance Banks, including KCBL, that possess a minimum credit rating of 'A' by a recognized Rating Agency, for the investment of Endowment Funds amounting to Rs. 675 million in the form of Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs). This investment is for a one-year term on a monthly profit basis. Interested banks may download the terms and conditions from GBRSP's official website (www.gbrsp.org.pk) and submit their proposals to the GBRSP Head Office located near Forest Complex, Jutial, Gilgit. The submission deadline is on or before October 05, 2026, before 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders. GBRSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules.
