Invitation for Bids for Exportable Trophy Hunting of Himalayan Ibex

This corrigendum refers to the Notice Invitation for Bids for the exportable trophy hunting of Himalayan Ibex published earlier in Daily Mashriq and other newspapers under reference INF(P) No. 4929/26. The Wildlife Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible bidders and outfitters to participate in this tender for trophy hunting services in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Exportable trophy hunting rights for Himalayan Ibex The pre-bid meeting, originally scheduled for 03-10-2026, has been rescheduled to 08-10-2026 up to 10:30 AM. Bidders can attend physically or online as feasible. Bid documents must be submitted in hard copies either through registered courier or by hand. The deadline and Terms of Reference (ToR) remain unchanged. All other terms and conditions of the original Notice Invitation for Bids remain valid. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including valid licenses, experience in wildlife hunting or outfitting, and any required earnest money or bid security as per the original tender documents. The tender is managed by the Chief Conservator Wildlife, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Interested bidders are advised to prepare their submissions carefully and adhere strictly to the revised pre-bid meeting date and submission instructions.
