Procurement of Printing, Stationery, Machinery and Sports Items

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Saidu Sharif Swat invites proposals from firms, companies, authorized dealers, wholesale dealers, and general order suppliers for procurement of Printing Items, Stationery Items, Machinery Items, and Sports Items through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Printing Items - Stationery Items - Machinery Items - Sports Items The procurement covers a range of materials including printing supplies, general stationery, machinery equipment, and sports goods required by the Board. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR, KPRA) and possess valid NTN and GST registration active on the FBR Active Taxpayers list. Bid security amounts are Rs. 1,000,000/- for Printing, Stationery, and Machinery Items each, and Rs. 500,000/- for Sports Items. The bidding documents (SBDs) can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal (www.kp.eprocured.gov.pk) until the last date of bid submission. All bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS system, with original bid security, stamp paper, and samples submitted in a sealed envelope to the Secretary BISE Saidu Sharif Swat. The submission deadline is 26th October 2026 at 2:00 PM, with a pre-bid meeting on 12th October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 26th October 2026 at 2:30 PM.
