Bidders must possess a valid PEC license (C6 & Above, CE-04 (II) or CE-04 (V)/(VII)), be enlisted with the KP Works Department, and have active KPPRA and FBR registration. Earnest Money is 2 percent of the estimated cost, to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank.
