Tender Description
The National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD), Karachi invites bids for consultancy services to achieve or maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for its TLD Laboratory. The scope includes gap analysis, system development, training, implementation support, internal audits, risk management, and coordination with the national accreditation body. The consultancy requires proven experience of at least 5 years in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 projects and submission of qualified personnel CVs.
Bidders must be well reputed consultancy firms registered with the Sales Tax Department. The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure with bids submitted online via EPAD SPPRA software. The contract period is for the financial year 2025-2026 with delivery timelines and liquidated damages specified. Evaluation criteria include technical qualifications, experience, and financial proposals. The NICVD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per SPPRA rules.
