Janitorial and Conservancy Services for PNS SHIFA and Area of Responsibility FY 2026-27

Pakistan Navy invites bids from well reputed GST registered and financially sound firms or contractors for the provision of janitorial and conservancy services at PNS SHIFA and its Area of Responsibility for the financial year 2026-27. The procuring entity is seeking experienced service providers capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the designated premises in Karachi. Items being procured: - Janitorial and conservancy services for PNS SHIFA and its Area of Responsibility (AOR) for FY 2026-27 The detailed scope of work, including specific service requirements and site details, can be obtained from the office of the Executive Officer, PNS SHIFA, upon payment of Rs. 1000 as stationary charges during working hours up to 1300 hrs before the closing date. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope system, where technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Financial Bids. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. Bidders are required to submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 5 percent of the total bid value as Earnest Money, refundable, in favor of A/C 29708 PN Ship's Fund Account PNS SHIFA. Cheques will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the technically lowest evaluated bidder, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents. The bid validity is 60 days, extendable up to 180 days, and the contract duration will be up to 30 June 2027. Bids must reach the office of the Executive Officer, PNS SHIFA, DHA Phase-II, Korangi Road, Karachi, by 1200 hrs on 31 August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1230 hrs on the same day in the presence of participating firms. It is advisable for bidders to ensure all documentation is complete and that the Earnest Money is prepared exactly as specified to avoid disqualification.
