The Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) Islamabad is procuring comprehensive janitorial services for its premises including the PTA Headquarters (eight floors, two cafeterias, one basement), PTA Vigilance Office (F-6/4), PTCL 2nd and 3rd Floors, PTA Guest House G-7, and PTA Hostel. The contractor must ensure availability of cleaning tools and materials including brooms, soap, toiletries, and branded disinfectants. The contract requires compliance with applicable laws and standards. Eligibility criteria include registration with SECP or Registrar of Firms, office presence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, active taxpayer status on ATL, minimum three years relevant experience with at least three similar projects, and no blacklisting.
