Janitorial Services and Supply of Janitorial Materials for FY 2026-27

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi invites tenders from financially sound and tax-registered firms for the provision of janitorial services and supply of janitorial materials for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and only online submissions will be accepted via the Punjab eprocurement portal. Items being procured: - Janitor (20 persons, Rs. 57,040 per janitor per month inclusive of all taxes, total annual cost Rs. 13,689,600) - Janitorial Services Material (Sr. No. 01 to 21, estimated monthly amount Rs. 87,047, total annual cost Rs. 1,044,564) The total collective estimated cost for both services and materials is Rs. 14,734,164. Bidders must provide janitorial staff and all necessary cleaning materials as per the detailed requirements. The successful firm will be responsible for ensuring that salaries are paid to janitors on or before the 10th of each month, strictly following government-prescribed rates. All bidders must submit a bid security (earnest money) equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 736,708, in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, sound financial standing, and compliance with PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Tenders will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be considered, and late submissions will be rejected.
