Juice & Coffee Corners and Canteen & Fast Food Corners at University of Mianwali

The University of Mianwali invites sealed tenders from companies, firms, and contractors registered with income tax, PRA, active sales tax, and income tax departments. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule No. 38 2(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (PPRA Rules 2014). Items being procured: - Juice & Coffee Corners (No. 01) with bid security of Rs. 200,000 - Canteen & Fast Food Corners (No. 01) with bid security of Rs. 400,000 - Canteen & Fast Food Corners (No. 02) with bid security of Rs. 400,000 The tender documents are immediately available after publication and can be downloaded from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the University of Mianwali website (www.umw.edu.pk). Bidders must submit their tenders via courier to the office of the Convener Auction Committee on or before the closing time of 11:00 AM on 14-10-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Incomplete or late bids and bids without bid security will be rejected. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favor of Treasurer University of Mianwali. Bids without supporting documents, valid undertakings, and documentary evidence will be liable for rejection. The University reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the tender without assigning any reason or liability. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and bid security are included to avoid disqualification.
