Procurement of Kitchen Appliances & Utensils for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Sites

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites eligible bidders for the procurement of kitchen appliances and utensils for its sites including Karachi, Jamshoro, and Mirpurkhas for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will follow Rule-46 (2) Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Interested bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan tax authorities including Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) where applicable, and Sales Tax Department. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 deposited in the SICHN Sindh Bank Account. Bids must be submitted electronically on the EPADS portal by 10:30 a.m on 10th September 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:00 a.m the same day at the SICHN office in Karachi. A bid security of 2% of the estimated procurement value is required in the form of Pay Order, Bank Call Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of SICHN. The procurement includes a comprehensive list of kitchen items such as oil dispensers, storage canisters, plastic buckets, commercial coffee makers, pressure cookers, stainless steel cutlery, food processors, grinders, cooking pots, commercial stoves, refrigerators, and various other kitchen utensils and equipment. Delivery is required within 7 to 21 calendar days to SICHN sites. Technical evaluation includes sample verification and compliance with specifications; only technically compliant bidders with approved samples will proceed to financial evaluation. The procurement emphasizes brand-neutral specifications allowing any locally available brand or equivalent that meets technical and financial criteria.
