Construction and Rehabilitation Works for KMC Roads, Drains, and Footpaths in Karachi (15 Lots)

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction, rehabilitation, and improvement of various roads, drains, and footpaths across Karachi under 15 distinct lots. This is a major infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing urban mobility and drainage in key city areas. Bidders must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and registered with Sindh Revenue Board. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via the SPPRA e-Procurement portal (EPADS) and hard copies delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (Civil), KMC, by the deadline of 30 September 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened as per SPPRA rules. For best results, ensure all supporting documents, including work experience and financial credentials, are uploaded clearly on EPADS and that the Earnest Money instrument is valid and attached with both submissions.
