Tender Description
Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan is procuring Lab Kits and Reagents specifically for a Fully Automated Chemistry Analyzer and Immunoassay Analyzer on a reagent rental basis for a period of three years starting from the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for free delivery to the consignee’s end at CPEIC Multan. The procurement involves a framework contract covering all reagents on a rental basis, ensuring continuous supply for the specified period.
The technical scope includes supply of lab kits and reagents compatible with the specified analyzers, ensuring quality and compliance with the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. The contract is significant in scale with an estimated cost exceeding PKR 140 million, reflecting the volume and critical nature of the supplies.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and should have relevant experience in supplying medical reagents and lab kits. The bidding process follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with a single stage two envelopes procedure. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security at 2% of the quoted price must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted.
The deadline for submission of e-bids is 27th July 2026 till 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders should ensure timely submission through the Punjab e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification. Hard copies of bids are not required.
