Supply and Installation of Lab Tools and Miscellaneous Equipment at Govt. Weaving & Finishing Institute Shahdara Lahore

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) through its Government Weaving & Finishing Institute (GW&FI) Shahdara Lahore invites qualified bidders to submit encrypted electronic bids for the supply and installation of lab tools and miscellaneous equipment. This procurement is conducted under the single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure via the Punjab E-Procurement system. Items being procured: - Lab Tool & Equipment (Package No. TEVTA/GWFI-SHD/Tenders/P-1/26/101) with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,690,450 and bid security of Rs. 73,809 - Miscellaneous Equipment (Package No. TEVTA/GWFI-SHD/Tenders/P-2/26/102) with an estimated cost of Rs. 10,110,000 and bid security of Rs. 202,200 The scope includes supply and installation at the Government Weaving & Finishing Institute located at Machis Factory Stop No.1, GT Road, Shahdara, Lahore. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement system and hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. Earnest money in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically before the closing date. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 10:30 A.M on 4th November 2026.
