Supply of Laboratory Chemicals, Glassware, and Miscellaneous Items for Various Departments

Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the supply of laboratory chemicals, glassware, and miscellaneous items for various departments of the university. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, ensuring both technical and financial proposals are evaluated separately for transparency and compliance. Items being procured: - Laboratory chemicals (various types and quantities as per departmental requirements) - Laboratory glassware (beakers, flasks, test tubes, measuring cylinders, pipettes, etc.) - Miscellaneous laboratory items (detailed list available in the bidding documents) Suppliers must provide all items strictly according to the specifications and quantities mentioned in the tender documents. The scope covers timely delivery to the university's main campus in Multan, with quality assurance and compliance to safety standards. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 20,000/- in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. Only those firms with valid registration and active tax status will be considered. The tender documents can be obtained from the Treasurer's Office upon payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) during office hours. The last date for submission of bids is 04 November 2026, up to 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and description. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
