Tender Description
COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus is procuring a range of laboratory equipment, laptops, and wooden hardware items for its NRPU funded project under the supervision of Dr. Naima Amin from the Physics Department. The procurement includes items such as mini centrifuge hematocrite centrifuge with specifications including maximum speed of 16000 rpm, hotplate magnetic stirrers, HP/Dell/Lenovo laptops with Intel Core i3 processors, and various wooden and hardware supplies like LMDF sheets, wooden strips, PVC trims, hydraulic box hinges, screws, glue, iron nails, and steel handles.
The technical scope covers high-quality laboratory and office equipment along with furniture materials suitable for academic and research purposes. Suppliers must ensure compliance with the detailed specifications and warranty requirements, including a one-year local onsite warranty for laptops and a one-year warranty retention for warranty items. The delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days after the purchase order issuance.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR with valid GST and Income Tax registration. They should also provide earnest money and tender fee in the form of bank deposit, CDR, or pay order in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. The bid must be submitted through uploading on the PPRA EPADS portal before the closing date and time of 4th May 2026 at 14:00 hours. Original bank instruments must be submitted before the closing time.
