Supply of Laboratory Items (Kits & Chemicals) and Blood Bank Items for Financial Year 2026-2027

The THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi, under the Health & Population Department Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders including manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors, and firms for the supply of Laboratory Items (Kits & Chemicals) and Blood Bank Items for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Hematology items - Devices - Miscellaneous items - Lab Testing Kits Fully Automatic Chemistry The procurement is structured as a framework contract divided into four lots, each with an estimated cost of Rs. 1 Million. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost of each lot in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker’s cheque from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The original CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent’s office before bid opening. Bids are to be submitted electronically only through the Punjab E-Procurement System; manual submissions are not allowed. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and ATL, relevant PEC category if applicable, and proven experience in supplying medical and laboratory items.
