Procurement of Laboratory Reagent on Rental Basis and Laboratory Equipment for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology Sites

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites bids for the procurement of Laboratory Reagent on Rental Basis and Laboratory Equipment for multiple SICHN sites including Karachi, Shaheed Benazirabad, and others for the fiscal year 2026-27. The supplier is responsible for delivery at SICHN premises at their own risk and cost. All reagents must have expiry dates with sufficient shelf life and be replaced if expired. Equipment must be brand new, FDA/CE/JIS/JQAO approved, and accompanied by all manuals and certificates. Technical staff must be trained and local service support available. The contract includes a warranty period of three years with parts and two additional years of free service without parts. Delivery of equipment must be completed within 120 days of purchase order issuance. Eligibility requires valid NTN, GST, DRAP license (where applicable), PEC registration (where applicable), and compliance with evaluation criteria including financial soundness, product certification, and technical staff qualifications.
