Tender Description
The Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd located at Link Road Eastern Bypass (N-5 to M-9) Karachi is inviting reputed contracting firms to provide landscape and horticulture services for the Malir Industrial Park Package 2, specifically for the Main Boulevard Sections 1 and 2. This project involves comprehensive landscaping and horticulture works aimed at enhancing the aesthetic and environmental quality of the industrial park's main thoroughfares.
The scope of work includes planting, maintenance, and development of green spaces along the designated boulevard sections. Firms must demonstrate experience in executing similar projects for major educational institutes, hospitals, residential commercial societies, or industrial parks. This ensures that bidders have the technical capacity and relevant expertise to meet the project requirements.
Eligible firms must hold valid PEC registration for the financial year 2025/26 and be registered with FBR/ATL. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company upon submission of a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,500 in the form of a pay order. The documents are available from 30th June 2026 during office hours.
Sealed bids must be submitted in a single envelope by 1200 hours on 15th July 2026 and will be opened at 1230 hours the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained, and the company disclaims responsibility for postal delays.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all technical and financial documents are complete and properly sealed to avoid disqualification. Early collection of tender documents and site visits, if possible, will help in preparing a competitive and compliant bid.
