Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd located at Link Road Eastern Bypass Karachi invites reputed contracting firms to provide landscape horticulture services for Malir Industrial Park Package 1. The project focuses on landscaping the main boulevard and the first roundabout, enhancing the aesthetic and environmental quality of this industrial zone.
The scope includes comprehensive horticulture works such as planting, maintenance, and development of green spaces within the park. This requires expertise in landscape design, plant selection, and sustainable horticultural practices suitable for Karachi’s climate. The firm must have experience executing similar projects in major educational institutes, hospitals, residential or commercial societies, and industrial parks.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for the current financial year 2025/26 and possess valid FBR registration. Firms should demonstrate relevant experience and capability to handle large-scale landscaping projects. The tender fee is Rs. 2,500 payable via pay order to the Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd.
Sealed bids must be submitted in a single-stage single-envelope procedure by 1200 hrs on 15th July 2026. Bids will be opened at 1230 hrs the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained, and the company is not responsible for postal delays.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and PEC registration is current to avoid disqualification. Early collection of tender documents from 30th June 2026 during office hours is recommended to allow ample time for preparation.
