Landscaping and Horticulture Works at Federal Constitution Court Islamabad

The Envirnoment Directorate (Capital Development Aurhority (CDA)) invites sealed bids for Landscaping and Horticulture works at the Federal Constitution Court of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. The works include comprehensive landscaping and horticulture services to enhance the court premises with quality materials and workmanship. Items being procured: - Clearing and grubbing of site area - Turfing slopes of banks or lawns with grass sods including ploughing, laying, setting and watering - Supplying, stacking and spreading of approved garden soil and cow dung manure - Supply and fixing of large, medium, and small size concrete planters - Supply and fixing of pre-cast fountains and landscape elements - Providing and placing Sawat stone boulders - Supply and fixing of ornamental edging tiles around flowering beds - Providing and fixing landscape lights and garden benches made of recycled material - Planting of various species including Furcraea, Ficus Cone, Spiral, Topiary, 3 step, Cassia nodosa, seasonal flowers, Ficus Grill - Providing and placing indoor plants such as Bird of paradise, Money plant, Syngonium, Yucca, Schefflera The scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment required for the execution of the works as per the specifications and directions of the site in-charge. The site is located at the Federal Constitution Court, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and PEC where applicable. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is required. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
