Laundry and Barber Services for FY 26-27 at Prime Minister's Office Islamabad

The Prime Minister's Office (Internal) Islamabad invites electronic bids from well reputed service providers based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for Laundry, Dry Cleaning, and Barber Services for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Tax Payer's List (ATL). Items being procured: - Laundry services - Dry cleaning services - Barber services The scope includes providing professional laundry and dry cleaning services along with barber services to the Prime Minister's Office (Internal) premises in Islamabad. Bidders must ensure quality service delivery throughout the contract period. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, ATL status, and submission of a refundable bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Draft in favor of DDO, Prime Minister's Office (Internal), Islamabad. An affidavit for Non-Blacklisting and Non-Litigation must accompany the bid. Successful bidders will also submit a 2% refundable performance guarantee.
