Laying of Drinking Water Supply Pipeline and Overhead Water Tank Installation under BSDI Phase-III in Jhal Magsi

The Public Health Engineering Division Jhal Magsi at Gandawah invites sealed percentage rate bids based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 for BSDI Phase-III 2026-27 works. The procurement involves laying drinking water supply pipelines and installation of an overhead water tank in Jhal Magsi district under BSDI Phase-III. Items being procured: - Supply of Pipe line 6 inch diameter HDPE from Noushero Source to Village Pat Kalra (27.128 million) - Supply of Pipe line 4 inch diameter HDPE from Village Pat Kalra to Mir Pur (14.314 million) - Construction of 50000 Gln Overhead Water Tank and installation of Pipe line from Sargani Source to Jhal Magsi Town - Supply of Pipe line 6 inch diameter HDPE from Sargani Source to Village Mazarani (11.936 million) - Supply of Pipe line 6 inch diameter HDPE from Village Mazarani to Jhal Masi (29.660 million) The scope includes supply and installation of HDPE pipelines and construction of an overhead water tank to improve water supply infrastructure. The contractor must have valid registration with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department, and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CE09 for the year 2026-27. Minimum three assignments of similar nature with at least 50% of estimated cost and one general work order are required. Turnover must be at least 70% of estimated cost. The contractor must not be blacklisted by any procurement agency or private organization. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit is required as specified. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable fee through Green Challan & B-PPRA Challan against TSE No CO-2726-2 PHED deposited in National Bank of Pakistan. Tender forms will be issued upon publication of the notice on the authority website www.bppra.org.pk. Last date for submission is 14.09.2026 till 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Tenders will be opened same day at 11:00 AM. In case of public holiday, opening will be next working day at same time and venue. The tender committee reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning reason. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including all required documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
