The Public Health Engineering Division Jhal Magsi at Gandawah invites sealed percentage rate bids from interested contractors and manufacturing firms for BSDI PHASE-III 2026-27 works in Jhal Magsi District, Balochistan. The procurement covers civil works, solar systems, and supply of pipes for water supply and tank construction projects. Items being procured: - Laying of Drinking Water Supply Pipeline for Mouza Mir Pur from Noushero Water Supply Source including Civil Work, Solar System, Supply of Pipe - Construction of 50000 Gln Overhead Water Tank and installation of Pipeline from Sargani Source to Jhal Magsi Town including D/D of Tube Well, Civil Work, Solar System, Supply of Pipe - Construction of Kachha Talab at Nia Gao Gandawa - Construction of Kachha Talab Goth Roonga - Construction of Kachha Talab Goth Akbar Khan The technical scope includes laying pipelines, civil construction of water tanks, installation of solar systems, and tube well development. The projects are under BSDI Phase-III and require compliance with composite schedule of rates 2026 and prevailing market rates. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have valid registration with tax authorities (BRA, NTN, Sales Tax), and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CE09 & EE11 for Solar for the year 2026-27.
