Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth invites sealed bids for the work of Providing Laying / Improvement of Sewerage Line & Water Line Street Near Main Road infront of Jamia Masjid Umer Near Godam Prime Pipe, Malik Clinic, Salman General Store at Junjhar Goth UC-8, Karachi East. This tender is part of the development works under TMC Sohrab Goth for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Excavation of pipe line in trenches and pits in all kinds of soils - Providing R.C.C pipes with rubber joints and fixing in trenches - Construction of manholes with specified dimensions and materials - Refilling excavated stuff in trenches - Manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs - Manufacturing and supplying manhole covers - Excavation and laying of high density polythene (HDPE) pipes for water line - Fixing of sluice valves and associated fittings The scope includes all civil and water supply works as per detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. The site is located at Junjhar Goth UC-8, Karachi East. The work period is 3 months from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, have relevant experience of at least 5 years, and meet financial and technical capacity requirements. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
