Providing Laying / Improvement of Sewerage Line from Khyber School to Jillani Shop i/c Pakhtoon Yar Chowk at UC-08 Junjhar Goth TMC Sohrab Goth

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for the work of Providing Laying / Improvement of Sewerage Line from Khyber School to Jillani Shop including Pakhtoon Yar Chowk at UC-08 Junjhar Goth. This project involves excavation of pipeline trenches, provision and fixing of R.C.C pipes with rubber joints, construction of manholes, refilling and compaction, and manufacturing and supplying of precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers as per approved designs and specifications. Items being procured: - Excavation of pipeline trenches and pits in all kinds of soils - Providing R.C.C pipes with rubber joints and fixing in trenches - Construction of manholes 4' internal diameter without R.C.C. manhole cover - Refilling excavated stuff in trenches with watering and ramming - Manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs - Manufacturing and supplying manhole covers cast in concrete The scope covers all civil works related to sewerage line laying and improvement at the specified location in Junjhar Goth, Karachi. The contractor must have valid PEC registration in the appropriate category, relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, and must provide bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000. The contract duration is 3 months with a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per day for delay. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-procurement portal by 11:00 AM on 30-09-2026.
