Lease of 16.5 Kanal Land for Agricultural/Farming Purposes at IC&IT Campus UST-Bannu

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Science & Technology Bannu invites sealed bids via the E-PADS electronic procurement system for the lease of approximately 16.5 Kanal land located at the IC&IT Campus UST-Bannu for agricultural and farming purposes. This opportunity is specifically for well-established and reputable firms, companies, and contractors registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department as well as the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active taxpayer status. Items being leased: - 16.5 Kanal land at IC&IT Campus UST-Bannu for Agricultural/Farming Purposes The lease is for a period of one year. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the E-PADS portal https://eprocure.gov.pk/ by 30th October 2026 at 11:00 am. A bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs.100,000 must accompany the bid. The hard copy of the CDR along with a bid document fee of Rs.2000 must be delivered to the office of the Store Officer at the main campus by 11:30 am on the closing date. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the conference room of the main campus in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and tax requirements before submission.
