Lease of ATM/CDM Spaces in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites bids for the lease of ATM/CDM spaces located in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations. This auction is managed by TransPeshawar, responsible for urban rapid transit projects under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. The lease opportunity includes multiple ATM/CDM spaces across various BRT stations in Peshawar. The detailed information about the number of stations, locations, dimensions, covered areas, and reserve prices are provided in the bid solicitation documents. Items being auctioned: - ATM/CDM spaces in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations The assets are offered on an 'as is where is' basis. Prospective bidders may inspect the ATM spaces in liaison with the office of the undersigned during working hours from 0900 to 1700 (Monday to Friday) until one day prior to the bid submission deadline. Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the TransPeshawar website from the date of this advertisement until the last day for bid submission. A bid security/earnest money of PKR 10,000 per ATM space in the form of CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan must accompany each bid. The bid security must be submitted from the bank account of the bidder. Bids must be submitted to the undersigned on or before 11:30 AM (PST) on October 27, 2026. Bid opening will occur the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The advertisement is also available on the websites of TransPeshawar (http://transpeshawar.pk) and KPPRA (http://www.kppra.gov.pk). TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel the auction process by assigning a cogent reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid documents and ensure timely submission of all required documents and bid security to avoid disqualification.
