The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites bids for leasing various entities through an online e-auction platform. The auction will be held online, and interested parties including individuals, sole proprietors, firms, AOPs, companies, and joint ventures can participate. Registration for the e-auction starts 02 days after the publication date and closes on 30.10.2026. The e-auction is scheduled for 03.11.2026 from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm. Items being leased: - Canteen at International Park Model Town, Lahore (Reserve Price Rs. 1.2 million) - Canteen at Q/Block Park Model Town, Lahore (Rs. 0.84 million) - Canteen at Shouq Chowk Park, Lahore (Rs. 1.2 million) - Canteen No. 01 at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore (Rs. 3.2 million) - Canteen No. 03 at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Rs. 4.6 million) - Canteen No. 03 near Jailni Park, Lahore (Rs. 1.0 million) - Food Court at Jallo Botanical Garden, Lahore (Rs. 1.0 million) - Food Court at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Rs. 7.9 million) - Public Toilet at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore (Rs. 0.8 million) - Public Toilet at Lady Wallington corner near Parking Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Rs. 0.78 million) - Public Toilet at Ali Park near Food Street Qila, Lahore (Rs. 0.78 million) - Golf Carts at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Four (04) nos) (Rs. 6.0 million) - Boating at the Lake at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Paddle Boat and Two (02) nos Motor Boats) (Rs. 8.7 million) - Jumping Castles at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Lahore (Two (02) sets) (Rs. 3.5 million) - Horror & Snake House and Toy / Jewelry Shop at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Rs. 10.4 million) - PHA's Gym at Shah Jamal Park, Lahore (Rs. 1.0 million) - Flower Shop No. 01 at Mini Tollinton Road, Lahore (Rs. 0.65 million) The lease term for all entities is 03 years, extendable. Bidders must submit a bid security as a percentage of the reserve price as specified for each entity. The auction will be conducted via the e-auction portal http://eauction.punjab.gov.pk. The highest bidder will submit the auction fee along with the first installment of advance rent. The bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. The agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
