LEASE: Petrol Pump Site at Gulshan-e-Sharaf Faridi Housing Project Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Sindh High Court Bar Association Karachi invites bids for leasing a petrol pump site measuring 1,284.66 square yards located at Gulshan-e-Sharaf Faridi Housing Project, KDA Scheme No. 45, Sector 32, Deh Taiser Town, District Malir, Karachi. The site is situated on the 200-feet-wide road (Northern Bypass Super Highway Link Road) and is intended for establishing a consumer petrol pump. Items being leased: - Petrol Pump Site measuring 1,284.66 square yards at Gulshan-e-Sharaf Faridi Housing Project Karachi The lease period is 15 years, extendable with mutual consent. Only Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) registered and licensed by the Government of Pakistan with relevant experience in petroleum business are eligible to participate. The bid opening date and time is Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Venue for bid opening is Sindh High Court Bar Association, Karachi, 1st Floor, Main High Court Building, Saddar, Karachi. A non-refundable bid document fee of Rs.100,000 is required. Security/Earnest Money of Rs.1 Million must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Sindh High Court Bar Association. Applications and documents must be submitted by hand at the office of the Association and accompanied by the document fee. The Sindh High Court Bar Association reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or reject any or all submitted bids. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
